Yield: serves 4 to 6 Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
8 oz. white catch mushrooms, cut
2 tbsp spread
1/2 onion, diced
1 lb. ground meat
2 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup dry sherry (or meat juices)
4 cups low sodium meat juices
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dark pepper
4 cups dry egg noodles
1/2 cup sharp cream
1 to 2 tbsp newly slashed parsley

Instructions:
Add the olive oil to a huge skillet (that has a top) and sauté the mushrooms over medium warmth, until delicate, around 5 to 6 minutes. Expel from skillet to a plate.
Return the skillet to the stove top and dissolve the margarine. Include the ground hamburger, onion and garlic powder and cook until ground meat
is separated and cooked through. Channel any fat and return skillet to stove top.
Mix in the flour and paprika until thick, around 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle the dry sherry into the dish and mix, scratching any seared bits from the base of the skillet, cooking until dry sherry is vanished.
Step by step mix in the meat juices, salt and pepper. Heat blend to the point of boiling and include the egg noodles. Decrease warmth to a stew and spread. Mix regularly until noodles are delicate, around 8 to 10 minutes. Return the mushrooms to the skillet and mix to join.
Mix in the acrid cream and newly slashed parsley. Serve warm and appreciate!
