Yield: 4 to 6 servings Ingredients:
1/2 onion, diced
1 lb. ground hamburger
1 (14.5 oz) can Italian diced tomatoes
1/2 cups solidified blended veggies (peas and carrots)
3/4 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups hamburger juices
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cups destroyed mozzarella cheddar

Instructions:
Dark colored the ground hamburger and onion in an enormous skillet until never again pink, channel any overabundance
fat.
Return skillet to stove top and include the tomatoes, blended veggies, rice, hamburger stock, oregano, garlic salt, basil and pepper. Mix until consolidated and bring to a light bubble. Diminish warmth to a stew, spread and let cook until rice is delicate (around 17 minutes).
Lighten rice with fork and top with the mozzarella cheddar. Spread with the cover for around 3 minutes to allow cheddar to liquefy. Sprinkle with parsley whenever wanted. Appreciate!
