3 reddish brown potatoes, cooked and cubed.
½ cup acrid cream
¼ cup green onion, diced
¼ cup bacon, diced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 square cheddar, cut into strips

Flour
Egg
Panko
Oil
Salt, to season

Instructions:
In a huge bowl, consolidate cooked potatoes, acrid cream, green onions, bacon, salt, and pepper.
Squash the fixings together until the majority of the potatoes are pounded. (A few lumps are great!)
Cut cheddar into ¼-inch strips.
Take a spoonful of potatoes and make a ball.
Spot the cheddar strip in the center and fold the potato over the cheddar until it is equally secured.
Dig the sticks in flour, egg,
and panko.
