Ingredients:

Instructions:
- 1. Place bananas, coconut milk, Thriving Protein, 1 tbsp peanut butter into a blender and blend until smooth.
- 2. Pour mixture into a mould of 10 paddle pops and top each pop mould with 1/4 cup chopped peanuts, then place paddle pop sticks into mould.
- 3. Freeze for 3 hours or until completely frozen.
- 4. When pops are frozen, lay out a sheet of baking paper on a tray and place in the freezer for the finished pops.
- 5. Then over a double boiler, melt the peanut butter and pour into a glass. Then repeat with the dark chocolate buttons.
- 6. Remove one smoothie pop from the mould and plunge into the melted peanut butter, allow excess to drip back into glass.
- 7. Repeat with the melted chocolate.
- 8. Quickly sprinkle the peanuts onto the chocolate coating before it melts and place the baking tray.
- Note: Towards the end of the glass of peanut butter and chocolate you made need to scoop it out with a spoon and drizzle over the pops.
