Maryland Jumbo Lump Crab Imperial

Ingredients

• 1 lb jumbo lump crabmeat or lump
• 1/2 cup Hellman’s Mayonnaise
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1

tsp old bay

1 tsp finely chopped Italian parsley

1 large egg lightly beaten

squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions

• combine salad dressing, egg, sugar, old bay, juice and parsley along and mix well, this is often your imperial sauce.

• Gently fold crab into, imperial sauce, being careful to not cut up crab meat.
